This vacation home at Suncadia was designed for an active young family looking for a fun place to get away and entertain. The home takes advantage of its prime location with views of the golf course and family activities within walking or bike riding distance. In the design, it was important to maximize the use of the small lot, while turning the views inside focusing windows to avoid neighbors' views into the home. We included an additional private guest apartment above the garage to offer a sense of separation and privacy for guests. The cabin's large great room plan provides full access to all; not only will this family have a great sense of sporting activities, but they will also cook together, play games and share each other's company. The finished home provides an ideal place for this active family to retreat.
