This client requested a home with a strong traditional appearance and a contemporary plan. For our client, relaxing and recharging includes cooking and entertaining. Food unites this busy family and their friends and this kitchen is the heart of the home. The plan radiates from the kitchen with dining, sitting and outdoor cooking & gathering areas. The upper floor offers a private retreat for each family member while providing sunlight and regional views.

The site presented challenges of sun angles, grading and site utility location. We fulfilled our clients’ desire to live on their lot as fully as possible, gardening, playing with their young children and entertaining family and friends.
