Madison Park Condominiums – Seattle, WA

We designed this three three-unit condominium building for an extended family: two sisters, each with their own units and a family unit, for the brother’s growing family on the ground floor.  The full basement has generous storage areas for each family, elevator access and equipment room, a central heating system, and a playroom/guest room. The upper floor units are laid out to take advantage of views of Lake Washington and beyond to Mt. Rainier. Each unit has three bedrooms, including a generous Master with a fine bath and walk in closet. Each unit also has custom details to accommodate the desires of each homeowner.

Located in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle, this building is one block away from the many restaurants and amenities of the community. The site has been designed to afford each unit one parking space plus additional spaces for guests. The main floor unit has a private east facing yard for the family. The lower floor Playroom/Guest Room has a private entry and generous windows that allow for natural light to this area. 

The Building has provided a fine and comfortable home for this extended family, as well as a good investment for all.
