Avalon Parc Square Resident Commons – Redmond, WA

4D Architects worked with the owner’s representative to provide permit drawings for this renovation to an existing resident commons in a mixed-use low rise building. Several walls were removed and the kitchen and finishes completely replaced in coordination with the interior designer’s plans. Full compliance with current building and fire codes were maintained for all renovations. The contractor was able to get an over the counter permit for this project from the City of Redmond, expediting the process and saving the client time and money.
