Blueline Townhomes—Our goal was to make this three-unit building look and feel like a single family home. Located on a lot that is in a neighborhood transitioning from single family residential to multifamily, it is designed to enhance and not detract from the neighborhood. Affordable housing is difficult to find in the Seattle area and this townhouse format is a chance to fill the gap.
