• 4D Architects and Lochwood Lozier are featured in the 2008 July/August issue of 425 Magazine. The article "One with the Landscape", features Todd Lozier's personal residence, designed by 4D's Ben Mulder. The home, which has a bird's eye view of downtown Bellevue, is designed to be spacious yet modest, mixing contemporary and classic design.

 

• "Ben Mulder of 4D Architects designed this 5,694-square foot luxury home for Lochwood-Lozier Homes for the 2004 Quality Street Showcase of Exceptional Homes in Newcastle, Wa.. This home was featured in the January 2007 issue of Custom Builder's. Ben's design blends materials typically associated with commercial construction — such as concrete floors, exposed steel and glass block — with a curvilinear floor plan, free-form ceiling details and a natural color palette that complements its Pacific Northwest location.

 

• November 2009 - 4D Architects Inc. participated in the 2009 Gingerbread House “Reel Christmas” display at the Sheraton Hotel.

 

• Ben Mulder has added another home to his repertoire of designs at Suncadia, with a compact efficient home designed to qualify for Built Green Certification.
